Our speaker preview room organization has been a very popular with many clients. When presenters arrive they are shown to a speakers lounge. They will be introduced to one of our technicians. Their presentation will be virus checked and inspected to ensure it runs correctly. The presentation will then be sent to the relevant conference or breakout room over a local network.
