Outdoor Events and Festivals

Management of outdoor events and festivals is just one more important part of our extensive portfolio on offer to our clients. We always enjoy the challenges faced when bringing an event to life, whether on land or even at sea. From a late-night production of Macbeth on a hill top through to the re-enactment of a sea battle on the open waves, we work tirelessly to ensure that no stone is left unturned. We are now responsible for producing some of the South West’s largest festivals and boast a proud record of repeat business in this important sector. From staging, lighting and sound, and even pyrotechnics, we can provide you with all that is needed to ensure your event is truly memorable - for all the right reasons.!

 
Our skilled engineers are equally at home dealing with outdoor musical events, from Rock Contemporary, Classical to Choral. We will arrange staging, power distribution and even security if required – all back up with fully compliant risk assessments and other necessary documentation.
 

Our design team have faced many challenges. Lighting is an often underestimated product and can provide some amazing changes to a venue. We have extensive experience in lighting and would be happy to talk through your ideas. We stock many rigging items and truss that compliment or lighing stock. Pyrotechnics are also a very cost effective way of creating impact.

We also recognise that some events may have to be held in locations which have in-house technical crews, such as theatres, conference centres and hotel venues. We are very used to working in such environments in both the UK and abroad, ensuring that all your requirements are met by those with less direct experience or involvement in your event. Putting a trained member of our staff with knowledge of your requirements alongside such crews helps to ensure that productions are delivered to your specification. Not forgetting of course that by doing so, we can also record your event for you if required.

Indoor Events and Theatre Shows

We also have extensive experience in the field of indoor musical and theatrical events. Our designers and technicians will work alongside you to design and theme your event. Turning a hotel ballroom into a Hollywood stage or a seminar room into an equatorial rain forest are just some of the challenges we have faced in the last year – and thoroughly enjoyed doing so!

Our knowledge of live music management covers many genres, from classical through to rock and roll. This work takes us all over the UK, travelling with orchestral groups, choral societies as well as live bands and entertainers.
 
We provide everything you could possibly need for your show: staging, lighting, large and small PA systems, theatrical backdrops, right the way down to a lectern or music stand. Nothing is too much trouble to organise for that all important event, including assistance with all aspects of health and safety and risk management, which is such an important facet of any production in a public place.
