The last few years has seen a rapid expansion of our Media Services Division. We can now provide duplication services and format copying across many different media types.

Our video production and in-house editing suite has gained an excellent reputation for providing very cost-effective results for training, archive and promotional projects.
 
Whilst conference production is an integral part of ESW’s portfolio, we recognise the huge and increasing demand from customers to record or manage their events. We use state-of-the-art technology to video or teleconference from multi-locations, during congress. This enables presenters to participate in question and answer sessions involving delegates spread around the world when required. Conferences can now also be streamed live over the web to a very high quality.
 
We can also capture your conference, allowing visitors who are unable to attend personally to review the proceedings at their leisure.

Live Video Productions

The photo above is just one example of many live stream events we undertake every year. The multiscreen stage set was built by our technicians to our client’s specification and the video feeds shown on the centre screens are broadcast from a remote hospital. The film crews at the hospital film the procedures which are then sent via satellite to the event in London. Audio is two-way, allowing the surgeons to hear and respond to live questions. This is a very specialist job that brings with it some unique challenges. Once again, the whole 3 day event ran very smoothly and we are already planning for next year’s event. The procedures were also recorded to provide training aids for delegates and also those unable to attend in person.
 

HD Video Conferencing


Video Conferencing has progressed over the years to the current generation HD equipment that can broadcast over a standard broadband line. This is particularly useful in the corporate sector where many office worldwide have Video Conferencing equipment installed. Using our state of the art equipment we are able to take this to the next level. It is now possible for a presenter to give a presentation from his offices to a large conference using standard Video Conference equipment. Remote Question and Answer sessions are also possible using this technology.

Brief: To produce a short, cost effective promotional video of the stage show. The video was designed to portray the fast moving pace of the show and the energy and atmosphere it creates.

Location: A combination of live footage captured from various shows.

Conference Sharing is a very useful technology. Using web streaming are able to share content world wide. During the broadcast pictured here a live chat room ran along sidethe video window allowing world wide reaction to the London based conference!
